I hooked up with my bro Sick Jacken to knock out some flicks and chop it up a bit. Jack one of the dopest lyricists around has been one of my fav MCs since the late 80′s. So we kicked it a lil and caught up.
1.Whats been up!
Recording, trying to get this new album done between tours. I’ve just been caught up with work, haven’t really had time for much else.
2.Every time I hear your name come up people are always mentioning the shows you are doing all over the world. Where have you been recently?
I did a 2 month U.S. tour opening for Murs in the summertime. I did a few festivals then went to Spain with the crew for some sold out headline shows. After that we did a headline tour in Japan, then I went back to Spain with Muggs to open for Redman & Method Man on their European run. Mexico and Venezuela were a good follow up to that, Latin America is always great.

3. Hows the clothing going? Every time I see people wearing them I’m blown away. The graphics are always super clean.
The merchandise is doing extremely well, thanks to the support from the people. We’ve been getting some dope artwork from Tiny, Sleeps, Munk One, Big Gus, Dyse One, Juan Dorre, and Vernon Easingwood. We did some collaboration tees with Tribal Streetwear and Famous SAS, and are working on some with Sullen Clothing and Slick’s line Dissizit. The merchandise is physically available at various stores in the state and some international spots, but you can get it online from anywhere in the world. There’s a demand for it right now and I’m looking to supply it. You know what they say, “You can’t download a t-shirt.”
4. I know you got a bunch of shows coming up. What shows (cities) you got coming up in the next couple months?
I have a show in Dallas, Texas on March 18th, then do the “Respect The West” showcase at SXSW in Austin on the 19th. A possible show in Louisiana on the 20th, then the Paid Dues Festival on April 2nd with DJ Muggs. We do a quick European run in Europe right after that. We’re going to hit Madrid, Malaga, and Barcelona, Spain. Other stops on that tour include Bulgaria, two shows in Greece, Estonia, and a possible festival in Paris. Then I do a solo gig in Orange County April 30th. The list goes on…

5. I’ve been hearing you have some big projects coming up with some big names. Can you speak on it or is it still brewing?
Some of it is still brewing. My next immediate release will be Terror Tapes 2 with Cynic of Street Platoon. That’s scheduled for early summer. I’m recording a full length spanish album after that. Everything else will follow those two projects.
6. We talked a while ago and you were fixing up your studio. How did that turn out?
The Drug Lab is in full effect. We’ve been practically living in here. A lot of artist come in and record also, my engineer C Sik gets a good sound. You probably heard of most of these artists, but I don’t like to name drop.

Sick Jacken and Toomer.
7. Next time when you have have a break let go grub and I’ll have a stash of Jack Daniels on the side. Shhhh!
I’m ready. And when that stash runs out, I have the “In case of emergency, pop trunk” bottle.
Much love to the whole SickSide Army worldwide. We’ll catch up soon. ARE YOU A PSYCHO?
